User Submissions

Aristotle does not endorse, and specifically disclaims any responsibility or liability for any content in the forums or chat rooms. Any controversy or claim arising under or related to this Agreement, this Website or Aristotle’s products and/or services shall be settled by binding arbitration in accordance with the commercial rules of arbitration of the American Arbitration Association. Any such controversy or claim shall be arbitrated on an individual basis, and shall not be consolidated in any arbitration with any claim or controversy of any other party. The arbitration shall be conducted in Boulder, Colorado, and judgment on the arbitration award may be entered by any court of competent jurisdiction. Either you or Aristotle may seek any interim or preliminary relief from a court of competent jurisdiction in Boulder or Denver, Colorado, as necessary to protect the rights or property of you or Aristotle pending the completion of arbitration. 

Violations and Additional Policies

Aristotle reserves the right to seek all remedies available at law and in equity for violations of this Agreement, including the right to block access from a particular Internet address to the Website.

Privacy Policy

Aristotle’s Privacy Policy (“Privacy Policy”), as it may change from time to time, is a part of this Agreement and incorporated herein by this reference.

Use of Information

Aristotle reserves the right, and you authorize Aristotle, to the use and assignment of all information regarding your use of this Website and all information provided by you in any manner consistent with Aristotle’s Privacy Policy.
